Project overview
A branded app and marketing stack for every seller
Pitaya lets product-based sellers launch their own branded iOS and Android app on top of their existing store, while keeping ownership of their customer data.
It serves Shopify store owners, sellers who sell through social channels such as Facebook Live and Instagram, and sellers who want to depend less on third-party marketplaces.
We built the full platform: the branded iOS and Android apps, the web seller dashboard, and the Shopify, Klaviyo and Meta Ads integrations.
The challenge
Sellers who build their business entirely on marketplaces and social platforms don't own their customer relationships or data, and stay exposed to fee and algorithm changes they can't control.
Giving every seller their own app meant keeping inventory in step with Shopify in real time, delivering the same experience on iOS and Android, and connecting the marketing tools sellers already use.
The solution
We built the Pitaya platform end to end: branded iOS and Android apps for each seller, and a web dashboard where sellers follow revenue, orders, average order value and top products.
Under the hood, inventory syncs with Shopify in real time, sellers reach customers with push notifications, customer data exports as CSV, and Klaviyo and Meta Ads connect in one click.
